Subscriptions:
- Monthly subscription billing occurs automatically until canceled.
- If you join after the 20th of any month, your first print will begin the following month.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Shipping:
- Prints are shipped using standard USPS services unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping times may vary based on location, postal delays, and holidays.
- Nailah Elon Art is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect address entries.
- Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date.

 

Refunds & Replacements:
- All sales of artwork, prints, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
- Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.
- If damage is confirmed, a replacement will be issued whenever possible.
- Refunds are not issued for postal delays or missed subscription deadlines.
