Mystery Muse Print Club Mailing:
- Monthly prints are shipped during the final week of each month.
- Subscriptions purchased after the 20th will begin the following month.

 

General Artwork Orders:
- Original artwork and physical print orders are shipped within 6-10 business days unless otherwise stated.

 

USPS/UPS Delays:
- Once the item is accepted by USPS or UPS, Nailah Elon Art is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.

Incorrect Addresses:
- If an address is entered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

Tracking:
- Tracking may be provided for larger orders. Envelope shipments may not include tracking.
