Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist with tracking or delivery concerns.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us first to receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior communication may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are only issued for items returned in good, resellable condition.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will review and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Original Paintings

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, sales may be considered final unless the item arrives damaged. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
