Mystery Muse Club is a monthly subscription that includes one physical art print shipped to subscribers each month. The subscription is billed at $12 per month (U.S.) and $15 per month (international). Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, and subscribers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate.

Billing & Renewals

 

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date you originally signed up. Your first payment reserves your upcoming Mystery Muse print.

 

Monthly Cutoff Date

 

Subscribe by the 20th of the month to receive that month’s print. Subscriptions placed after the 20th will apply to the following month’s print.

 

Shipping Window

 

Prints ship between the 20th and the last day of each month.

 

Cancellations

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid your next charge, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

 

Refunds

 

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of Mystery Muse Club prints, refunds are not guaranteed. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

 

Mystery Muse Club is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

When entering your guess, PLEASE ensure that you submit your guess with the SAME name and email you used when signing up for the Mystery Muse Club. Doing so will ensure that I will be able to match this information with the information I already have on file, and can send you your free print and sticker!
