Returns & Timeframe
If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Once I confirm the item is in good condition, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be sent to your original payment method.
Shipping Disclaimer
I am not responsible for items once they have been shipped, including delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can review and assist.
